How do I book a tour?
Use the booking form on any trip page, or message us on WhatsApp, by phone or by email. We confirm the details — date, pickup time and meeting point — in writing before the trip.
Can I arrange hotel pickup?
Yes. Pickup is included on most full-day trips around Agadir and Taghazout at no extra charge. Tell us where you are staying when you book and we will confirm the pickup time with you.
What is the cancellation policy?
Cancel at least 24 hours before the scheduled start time and you can normally move to another date or get a full refund. Inside 24 hours, or if you do not turn up, a cancellation fee may be charged. If we have to cancel a trip, you choose between a full refund and another date.
Can I book a private experience?
Yes. Most of our trips can be run privately for your group, and we can build custom days around what you want to see. Tell us your dates and group size and we will send options and prices.
How will I receive confirmation?
By email, to the address you give us when booking. The confirmation includes your booking reference, the date and time, the meeting or pickup point, and what to bring.
