The experience
About this trip
Get your bearings in Agadir on a guided half-day that mixes the city's story with its living, everyday side. We start at the hilltop Kasbah, rebuilt after the 1960 earthquake, for sweeping views over the bay and the Atlas foothills, then drop down to the marina and the waterfront promenade. A stop at Mohammed V Mosque shows the city's modern heart before we head into Souk El Had — one of the largest souks in Morocco — where spices, ceramics, argan oil and handicrafts spill through hundreds of stalls. Your guide handles the haggling tips and the history, and hotel pickup keeps it easy.
It is the perfect first-day orientation: by the end you will know where to eat, what to bargain for, and how the city fits together.
